TLC Puppy Policy
TLC, in its pursuit to always have quality puppies available to its loyal customers, is looking for new dog breeder and experienced dog breeders who share our principals and ethics. When you work with TLC, you are dealing with fellow dog breeders. We understand the work and sacrifice that goes along with dog breeding. We are as careful as you are in finding safe, and loving homes for our puppies.
We do not act as brokers. Come in or call and see how we are different than any other place you have dealt with, The breeders are known to the potential buyer, and the breeder needs to be available to answer questions customers have, and can have a say in what kind of home environment is appropriate for their puppies. The breeder decides the price of the puppies. We do not discourage customers from seeking you out for their next puppy in their family, once they have had a good experience with you as the breeder.
If you have a pregnant dog and need dog breeding info visit the AKC website at www.akc.org to get dog breeding information to guide you. and to learn about the AKC litter registration. Establish a relationship with a good vet in your area to assist you with the care of the pregnant dog, and with whelping the pupppies. My dog is pregnant is something we here from time to time, but having puppies needs to be taken very seriously. You will have many dog breeding questions and you need to prepared for what lies ahead.
We do not advertise in newspapers, we are referred by local vets, and families who are familiar with our past litters. The breeders will decide what kind of puppy food puppies should stay on, and what medications, such as Flea and tick, heart worm prevention, vaccinations, vitamins etc. the new owner should continue with.
If we sound like a place you can come to know and trust with your puppies, call and ask for Seann, to schedule a meeting so we can get started and get the public the puppies they are looking for, from breeders they can trust.
